Business License & Personal Property

For businesses operating in Virginia Beach, the business license renewal and the personal property return (Form (CR-13) are due.

The personal property return can be extended and must be requested in writing. The letter must be submitted on or before March 1. The extension of time requested is not to exceed 90 days from the date return is due.​
